Shipping policy

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum. We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of being placed. We do not process on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery. Most orders arrive 5 to 12 business days after you place them. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way, and you can follow it from there.

How we fulfil your order. Nightroom is a small operation and we do not hold our own warehouse. Orders are picked and shipped by our supplier partner and sent directly to you. That is what keeps the price at $69.99 with free shipping instead of marking it up to cover storage.

If something goes wrong. If your order has not arrived within 20 business days, email us and we will either send a replacement or refund you in full. You do not have to chase us for that.

Address changes. Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will update the address if the order has not yet been processed.
