Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we send your shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order and refund you in full if the item is out of stock, if the price or description was listed in error, or if we suspect fraud. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice, though the price you paid at checkout is the price you pay. Shipping, returns and refunds are covered by our Shipping policy and our Return and refund policy, which form part of these terms. Product images and descriptions. We describe the product as accurately as we can. Projected brightness and colour vary with your room, so photographs are illustrative rather than exact. Safe use. This is a mains-adjacent USB electrical product. Use it indoors, keep it dry, do not stare directly into the lens, and keep it away from children under 3 because of small parts. Use it only as described. Your information is handled as set out in our Privacy policy. Payments are processed by Shopify; we never see or store your full card details. Site content. The text, images and design on this site belong to Nightroom or our suppliers. Please do not copy them for commercial use. Liability. Nothing here limits any right you have under US consumer law. Beyond that, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to what you paid for it. Changes.
